MS Dynamics 365 Inhouse Consultant Senior (m/w/n)

Main tasks & key accountabilities:

• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, support and enhancement of new and existing business processes in D365
• You will collaborate with business process leaders to plan new processes
• You will drive the digital transformation with new versions and features, acting as the contact person for enhancements, incidents and ongoing operational topics in software solutions
• You will provide 2nd level support, ensuring the ongoing operation of critical applications
• You will be responsible for the documentation of existing and new processes regarding IT Applications

Our expectations for this exciting role:

• You have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM online, C# (REST) and JavaScript
• A familiarity with HTML5 and SQL (Query, SSIS) on MS SQL Server would be a strong advantage
• You have an understanding of business processes, especially in the area of Sales
• You are a good communicator, with strong interpersonal skills, high social competence, and a collaborative approach
• You have strong analytical skills and a solution-orientated mindset
• You have English language skills equivalent to ALTE Level 4; German language skills would be an advantage
• A degree in a subject such as Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering would be a bonus
