Senior Fund Admin Financial Controller

For our Controlling & Fund Administration, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Senior Fund Admin Financial Controller.

What will you do?

• Cashflow Management: preparing the cash-flow statements on monthly or quarterly basis
• Investor Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, cooperate on the development of new investor centric reporting system solution
• Investment & Business Planning: Support investment strategies, business structuring, and process improvements.
• Corporate Governance: Ensure assigned SPVs follow legal and financial requirements.
• Audit & Accounting Collaboration: Work closely with external auditors and accounting teams.
• Transaction Oversight: Review invoices, contracts, and bank records to ensure everything is in order.
• Financial Statement Reviews: Analyze financial statements and related documents.
• Partnership Management: Build strong relationships with external service providers.
• Subsidiary Coordination: Stay connected with teams in different countries to align financial processes.
• Process Improvement: Help make internal systems more efficient and effective.
• Strategic Growth Planning: Contribute to setting goals for your department and the company.
• Team Leadership Potential: This role offers the opportunity to grow into a regional leadership position, managing a team and overseeing financial operations.

What do we expect from you?

• A university degree in economics or a related field
• Previous experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2+ years (experience with big four firms is advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• An independent and result-oriented personality with exceptional analytical skills
• A dynamic individual with a positive attitude, adaptability, and reliability
• Eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges
• Leadership experience is a plus
