About the Role:

As a Waiter, you will be the heartbeat of our B&F venues, ensuring every interaction with our guests is filled with personality, care, and attention to detail. Whether it’s a quick espresso or a full dinner service, you’ll be there to create unforgettable moments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and anticipating guest needs.
Provide accurate information about menu items and answer any questions.
Record orders in the MICROS system and ensure timely communication with the kitchen.
Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including allergy and dietary request protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized service area and complete all closing duties.
Ensure tables are set according to event type and brand standards.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service across all B&F outlets.
Assist guests with special needs and provide genuine hospitality to every guest, every time.

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
Previous experience in a food & beverage or hospitality environment is a plus.
