O pozici

We’re looking for an Implementation and System Administrator to support our internal systems and help drive digital transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain internal systems to support new business contracts, partners, and digital solutions.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding activities for external partners, including setting up system access and integrations.
  • Implement automation processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support system-related changes and updates, including testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align system functions with operational requirements.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for system configurations and digital processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across tools and processes.

Skills & experience:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Fluency in Polish or Czech; strong communication skills.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Strong computer literacy and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to work.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows quickly.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with internal systems is a plus, but not required.
