O pozici

Job description:

  • Create a detailed schedule for the production teams
  • Create a file to track capacity versus workload adhesion

ORGANIZE AND PLAN

  • Organize, manage and monitor the daily work of its team members according to the priorities and workload plan of their department/unit.

COMMUNICATE

  • Communicate regularly with its team to improve performance.
  • Share with the team the company's strategy and decisions.

DECIDE

  • Make the most appropriate decision based on the issues at hand and take decisive actions in emergency situations.
  • Ensure that managerial decisions are implemented.

INNOVATE AND DRIVE CHANGE

  • Propose and/or implement organizational and process changes within their team to best meet customer requirements (internal and external) and the company strategy.
  • Write and/or update scheduling-related documents for the entire branch.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical skills:

  • Create, monitor and share the detailed manufacturing schedule
  • Update the production schedule depending on the needs and workshop hazards
  • Organizes and manages the routing of production flows (both incoming and outgoing)
  • Czech - level B1 and above

  • To consider several parameters at once in one's analyses and decisions
