Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team at FutureLife, European leader in reproductive medicine.

This role sits within a dynamic healthcare environment, where accurate and reliable financial operations support the smooth running of services that ultimately contribute to patient care.

This position is ideal for students, recent graduates, parents on parental leave or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in accounting within a meaningful and structured environment.

Opportunity to learn how to work with widely used and well-known accounting software

You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gradually expand your responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

At the beginning, your core focus will be on operational accounting tasks, including:

• processing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices in accordance with internal procedures
• ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting documentation
• maintaining and organizing accounting records and supporting documentation
• working in the Helios ERP system, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• communicating with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices and accounting matters

As you develop in the role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to:

• monthly and year-end closing activities
• account reconciliations and basic financial controls
• preparation of reporting inputs for the finance team
• continuous improvement of accounting processes and workflows

What we are looking for

• basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• willingness to learn and grow within accounting and finance
• good communication and collaboration skills across teams
• structured, responsible, and reliable working style
• confident use of MS Excel
• English at least at intermediate level

Nice to have

• previous experience in accounting, finance administration, or a similar back-office role
• experience with ERP systems (Helios is an advantage)
