Are you a strategic leader who thrives on building connections, orchestrating flawless events, and driving results? At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for a Groups & Events Sales Manager to elevate our presence in the luxury market. If you are passionate about the art of high-end hospitality and possess the drive to turn grand ideas into lasting partnerships and extraordinary events, this role is for you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will actively source, secure, and manage group bookings, conferences, and high-end social events (MICE).
  • You will attend internal meetings, corporate conference calls, client appointments, and industry networking events.
  • You will develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue for our historic banquet halls, meeting rooms, and unique courtyard spaces.
  • You will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets, maximizing event revenue, and increasing our fair market share against competitor hotels.
  • You will conduct personalized site inspections and represent the hotel, passionately telling the story of our historic 13th-century property to potential clients and event planners.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You possess a strong network of relationships and deep knowledge of the local and international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) market.
  • You have a proven track record in luxury hotel sales, groups, or event management with a sharp understanding of market trends.
  • You display strong negotiation skills, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail when customizing event proposals.
  • You have an impeccable command of both English and Czech (additional languages are a distinct advantage).
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud (or similar PMS/Sales systems) is a big plus.
