Sales Consultant for New Perfume Kiosk (Černý Most)

We are opening a new perfume kiosk in Westfield Černý Most and looking for:

• 2× Full-time Sales Consultants

• 1× Part-time Sales Assistant

Royal Platinum is a growing perfume brand offering high-quality niche fragrances and premium replicas.

Our location is in one of the busiest corridors of the mall (HM & McDonald’s zone), with extremely strong customer traffic.

🔥Salary & Earnings
Full-time: 30 000 CZK net
Part-time: 16 000 CZK net

+ Strong commissions (niche perfumes)

+ High performers receive a share of monthly revenue

If you are good at sales, you will earn significantly more than the base salary.

Our top sellers will easily make 5–15 000 CZK extra per month.

🔥What we expect

Czech and communicative English are required for customer communication.

Full-time Sales Consultants
Confident, fast and communicative
Comfortable approaching customers actively
Motivated by commissions and bonuses
Retail or perfume experience is an advantage (not required)
Able to work in a dynamic, high-traffic environment

Part-time Sales Assistant
Positive, energetic, communicative
Suitable for students or Ukrainian speakers
Available 2–3 days per week

Actively approaching customers (no waiting)
Demonstrating perfumes and recommending products
Helping with gift selections (important in December)
Achieving daily sales targets
Keeping the kiosk clean and organised
Working directly with the owner (no corporate structure, no toxic pressure)
