Tester (QA Engineer)

Tester (QA Engineer) for Navitel DVR Center Mobile Application

At Team NAVITEL, we are looking for a passionate QA engineer for manual testing of our Navitel DVR Center mobile application and its interaction with dash cams. Your work will directly impact the quality of a product used daily by thousands of drivers.

What you will be doing:

* Conduct comprehensive functional testing of the mobile application on iOS and Android

* Test the integration and interaction between the mobile application and Navitel dash cams (live video viewing, recording downloads, settings management)

* Create and maintain test documentation: checklists, test cases, bug reports

* Work closely with the development team and product managers to analyze defects and improve functionality

Required qualifications:

* Know software testing theory (types, methods, bug life cycle)

* Have at least one year of experience in manual testing of mobile applications (iOS/Android)

* Be able to write clear and competent test documentation (checklists, test cases) and bug reports

* Have experience testing hardware+software solutions (e.g., mobile application + external device)

* Understand the specifics of mobile platforms and related types of testing (compatibility, memory management, connection drops)

Nice to have:

* Experience testing automotive products or dash cams

* Possession of a Category B driver's license and a car for conducting testing in real road conditions

* Knowledge of auxiliary tools (ADB, Charles/Fiddler, DevTools) and experience testing Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connections
