Withdrawals Specialist

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

• Tracking eligibility of payment requests made by our clients.
• Controlling if all requirements are fulfilled for the payment.
• Approving or denying payment requests on the given timeframe.
• Coordinating with the Customer Support and Finance Departments.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting or finance.
• Educational background in the field of economy, accounting or finance is adefinite plus.
• Near fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Reliable & Process driven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Flexibility (right now Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4 PM).
• Knowledge of French is an advantage.
