In connection with the development of our company, we are looking for new colleagues in the Czech Republic for the position:

R&D Team Leader

a. Job functions

· Lead R&D team at CONEC s. r. o.

· Setup requirements for new product designs

· Define and track local projects

· Report to Director R&D

· Design of electromechanically components and assemblies incl. technical drawing

· Check Design and CAD drawings

· Communication with suppliers

· Participate on FMEA meetings

· Support of local production

b. Requirements / Skills

· Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Mechanic engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent qualification

· Experience in electromechanical product design

· Project management skills

· Autodesk Inventor

· Fluent in English or German

· Basics in Contact physics

· Knowledge of plastic part design for injection molding process

· Knowledge of electromechanical products

· Product and component design

· Communication with suppliers
