We are looking to hire a customer-service enthusiast to help our new and growing facility in Napajedla keep up with demand for our outstanding repair services!

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and up for the challenge of dealing with customers from all corners of the world. Though the role is varied as you'll get involved in quotes and orders for all repairs, past experience is not strictly necessary.

You will be dealing with customers providing updates on in house repairs and chasing for purchase orders on outstanding quotes to ensure we achieve our daily/monthly goals. You will work alongside the inside and the outside sales team to ensure we offer the best customer experience, all whilst surrounded by a small team of experienced mentors who will enable you to grow your skillset.

Requirements:

Strong customer-oriented mindset
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications / CRM systems

Czech and English language spoken and written
Willingness to learn new things and take responsibility for assigned projects
This role is for a Global company, that operates in the English language so an advanced knowledge of English is expected.
